- These Terms apply to applications to the "Romance Fantasy AI Short Drama Open Call for Production Partners" (the "Open Call"), hosted by Chammi Inc. (the "Company") in cooperation with TapNow.
- Applicants apply after agreeing to these Terms. Applicants are deemed to have agreed to these Terms when they confirm their agreement in the application form and apply.

- Applicants represent and warrant that they are not organized crime groups or other antisocial forces and have no relationship with them.
- Entries must meet all of the following entry requirements:
- The video is made with TapNow.
- You have made every scene and cut in the scenario (3 scenes, 17 cuts). Adding a few extra cuts is fine.
- The content follows the provided storyboard. (If scenes or cuts are missing, or the content differs, your entry may not be eligible.)
- You use the provided character designs and assets.
- All voice audio, such as dialogue and monologue, is in Japanese.
- Landscape 16:9, with voice and music, about 1 to 1.5 minutes long.
Article 4 (Handling of Provided Materials)
- Copyright and all other rights in the Provided Materials belong to the Company or to those who have licensed rights to the Company.
- The Company grants Applicants a non-exclusive license to use the Provided Materials only for the following purposes:
- Making the Entry
- Publishing the Entry in accordance with Article 6
- Applicants must not:
- Use the Provided Materials for any purpose other than those in the preceding paragraph
- Distribute, publish, or sell the Provided Materials themselves to third parties (except when published as part of the Entry)
- Use the Provided Materials as AI training data (including fine-tuning and creating models such as LoRAs)
- Use the characters or world of the Provided Materials to create works other than the Entry (such as sequels, spin-offs, illustrations, or merchandise)
- Present the characters or world of the Provided Materials as their own original work, or seek rights over them such as trademark registration
- The Provided Materials are provisional materials for the Open Call. However, the Company may freely use and modify all or part of the Provided Materials (including structure, settings, characters, and designs) in future works.
- If the Company requests it, Applicants must promptly delete the Provided Materials in their possession.
Article 5 (Rights in the Entry)
- Copyright in the parts of the Entry that the Applicant independently created belongs to the Applicant. Rights in the parts derived from the Provided Materials belong to the Company, and the Applicant confirms that the Entry is a work based on the Provided Materials.
- The Applicant grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, without limitation in time or territory, to use the Entry (including reproduction, public transmission, screening, display, and editing) for the following purposes. Editing includes trimming, resizing, adding subtitles or credits, and making thumbnails.
- Selection and internal review
- Introducing the Open Call and announcing results
- The Company's publicity (including posting on the Company's official social media and website)
- TapNow's introduction of the Open Call
- The Applicant will not exercise moral rights against the Company or those authorized by the Company with respect to the use in the preceding paragraph.
- The Company will not sell or distribute the Entry as a commercial work of the Company without a separate agreement with the Applicant.
- When posting the Entry, the Company will make efforts to credit the name (or handle name) given in the application.
Article 6 (Publication by the Applicant)
- Applicants may publish the Entry on their own social media, portfolio, and similar channels for non-commercial purposes. There is no restriction on the timing of publication.
- When publishing, please state clearly that it is an entry to the Open Call (for example, "Entry to the Chammi Open Call for Production Partners"). Applicants must not display it in a way that could be mistaken for an official work of the Company or TapNow.
- Applicants may not sell the Entry, monetize it with advertising revenue, or otherwise use it commercially.
- If the Company determines that there is a breach of these Terms or a rights issue, the Applicant must stop publishing the Entry at the Company's request.
Article 7 (Acknowledgment Regarding Similar Works and Ideas)
- Applicants acknowledge that the Company continuously plans and produces video works, characters, and worlds, including romance fantasy, and will continue to do so.
- Even if existing or future works of the Company resemble or share elements with an Entry or an Applicant's proposals in terms of ideas, techniques, styles, or genre conventions, such as direction, composition, cut structure, effects, color, character appearance or settings, story development, or use of music and sound, they will be treated as independently planned and produced by the Company. Applicants will not, on that basis, make claims, raise objections, or demand suspension of publication against the Company or those involved in the Company's works.
- Submitting an Entry or proposals does not create any obligation for the Company to keep them confidential, review their content, or pay compensation.
Article 8 (Applicant Warranties and Responsibilities)

- The Entry was made by the Applicant (or, for a team, its members)

- The Applicant has complied with the terms of use of the AI tools, audio, and materials used
- The Entry does not contain content that violates laws or public order and morals
- If requested by the Company, the Applicant will disclose the tools used in production and the sources and licenses of materials.
- If a dispute arises with a third party concerning the Entry, the Applicant will resolve it at the Applicant's own responsibility and expense. If the Company suffers damage due to the Applicant's breach of warranty, the Applicant will compensate the Company for that damage.
Article 9 (Selection, Fees, and Paid Production Requests)
- Selection is made at the Company's discretion. Apart from the comments sent with the results, we cannot answer inquiries about the reasons for selection or details of evaluation.
- There may be no successful candidates.
- A paid production request based on the selection is established only when the Company and the Applicant sign a separate contract. Passing the selection does not guarantee that a contract will be signed. Terms such as fees will be discussed individually.
- No fee or production cost is paid for making the Entry. Costs of applying (including communication costs and fees for tools other than TapNow) are borne by the Applicant.
- The Company will grant TapNow credits (Tappy) as follows:
- Participation Prize: 5,000 Tappy to every Applicant whose entry meets all of the entry requirements in Article 3, Paragraph 4
- Grand Prize (1 person): 20,000 Tappy
- Excellence Prize (2 people): 10,000 Tappy
- Tappy will be granted at a later date by the Company or TapNow to the TapNow ID entered in the application form. For team entries, one entry's worth will be granted to the representative's TapNow ID. If no TapNow ID is entered or it is incorrect, we may be unable to grant Tappy.
- Tappy cannot be exchanged for cash. Tappy is handled in accordance with TapNow's rules.
